• Hands-on experiences installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware, Software’s and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
• Expertise to Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve PC issues involving Windows OS, Office 2013, Office 365, remote access, VPN & Outlook issues concerning end-users moves, additions and changes.
• Ticketing Tool : ServiceNow or similar to Create and maintain ticket tracking system by the escalation matrixes per company policy.
• Consistently updated knowledge base and understanding of ITIL framework
• Provided timely customer assistance for Service Desk requests
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify PC configuration and connectivity problems
• Set up system network access for end-users, configure Outlook clients, and provide initial training for end-users.
• Excellent Communication and Soft skill.
