To support our customer, an international rail vehicle manufacturer, we are actaully looking for a Welding QA / Auditor in Puzhen:In this role you are responsible for the following tasks:
Independent and specialist support as Quality inspector (QA / QC) on pre-shipment activities on train components from China to EU / UK / Amerika
Inspect and report the quality of welding and painting at sub-suppliers
Inspect and report the quality standards in inspection and test results
Support Quality inspections and review Quality reports
Review the training concept MET and QA
Deliver regular feedback and report for each of the audit activities to Product Family and assigned Project Quality Leader (PQA)
Final release QA on delivery note and Certificate of Conformity after packaging
Observe pick-up of delivery
Perform audits at PBTS and sub-supplier to represent client's interests
You bring this qualifications to the project:
Qualified degree (Technical University/University of Applied Sciences), preferably Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering)
Welding engineer/welding expert
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Rolling stock industry
Work experience in China
Detailed knowledge in quality standards and audit and training concepts
Experience in testing, inspecting and reporting
Good command of English
Willingness to travel
Autonomous, target-oriented working
Intercultural Skills
