Location: Berlin
Duration: 2 months (extension possible)
Your Current Profile:
• Respond to requests for technical assistance over the phone or via a ticketing system
• Commercial experience in Administration in the Mac environment
• You will be supporting with General IT Support tasks specifically in Mac systems
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Resolve issues through the ticketing system on first touch whenever possible
• Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills along with patience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task is preferred
• Fluent in English
