For our longterm client in Germany we are looking for 3 ServiceNow Experts with experience in Catalog Development.Your main task is to support the client with your experience in the ServiceNow, to perform the analysis of existing catalog items to be transformed to a different ServiceNow instance.
Tasks:
* Perform analysis of existing catalog items to be transformed for a different ServiceNow instance
* Re-develop the catalog items and workflows in a separate instance
* Business Requirement Engineering
Requirements:
* Expierence in ServiceNow
* Experience in Service Now Catalog development experience with catalog workflow automation
* ITIL Experience
* Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
* Scrum Experience
Project details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 2 months (+ chance of extension)
* Utilization: 4-5 days/week (and Remote)
* Location: Germany (and Remote)
* Language: English (German nice to have)
