Role: Handle customer communication in German and provide basic tech support neededRate : 320 Euro/ Day
Working hours: 8.5
Responsibilities:
· Hotline handling for Bank Customers (5-20 calls per day) who use Critical application (for viewing account information and transaction data)
· Mailbox monitoring
· Resolve Customer issues by looking at Oracle database and logs on Linux machine
Skillset:
· Excellent written and Spoken language skills in German
· Good written and Spoken language skills in English
· Basic knowledge of SQL & Linux
