Remote Project in Leverkusen: ServiceNow Architect with SACM knowledge (m/f/d)For my client in Leverkusen I´m looking for a ServiceNow Architect with SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) knowledge.
Tasks:
* Responsible for the architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise
* Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
* Produce technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
* Drive CMDB analysis and redesign for a federated ITSM environment
* Migrate data and processes from source to target environments
Prefred Skills/Experince:
* Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the atmosphere of a technical organization
with a rapidly expanding customer base.
* Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a virtual environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred
* Advanced experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tool configuration and custom
* development
* Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
* Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities.
* Must demonstrate a pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
* 3-6 years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience
* Experience integrating cloud services with scripts/code to create customer facing solutions
* CMDB integration experience
