For our client we are currently looking for an E-Invoice Expert.With the Turkey version of the eDocument solution, you can create e-invoices in legally required UBL-TR XML format and transfer them to recipients via an e-invoicing service provider (e.g. Foriba) and the TRA.
When you create invoices in the Sales and Distribution (SD) or Financial Accounting (FI) component, or invoices for returns in the Material Management (MM) component, eDocuments are created automatically for the invoices.
Tasks:
Work Package 1 - SAP Document Compliance Turkey
- Steering the project management
- SAP Notes eDocument Turkey
o Apply Turkey specific eDocument SAP Notes
- SCPI Connection to Service Provider - Foriba
o It is necessary to connect the SAP solution to a service provider, which will sign the e-Invoice and establish the communication to the Tax Authority GIB
- eDocument Turkey e-Invoice Customizing - Outbound
o AIF Customizing according to e-Invoice and client's process (e-Invoice, Export, e-Archiving)
- eDocument Turkey e-Invoice Customizing - Inbound
o AIF Customizing according to e-Invoice and client's process
- eDocument Turkey e-eDelivery Customizing - Inbound
o AIF Customizing according to e-Delivery and client's process
- CPI Setup for Turkey e-Invoice
o iFlow configuration
- Unit Tests
o Technical consulting on performing tests, analysing issues and correction.
- Integration Test
o The client will perform the integration tests and external consultants will adjust errors
- Documentation
o Technical Turkey e-Invoice Documentation
- Training
o eDocument Cockpit training according to e-Invoice process
- Professional and technical consulting on Post Go-Live Support
Work Package 2 - SAP eLedger Turkey
- Steering the project management

o Apply ABAP Codes for your existing ERP System (note )
- Installation Electronic Ledger Management for Turkey on SAP Netweaver level
o Electronic Ledger Management for Turkey 1.0 RCS Solution - requires License (following note ) and notes ,, and - Technical update note from February 2015
- Signature Server Installation and Configuration
o E-Ledger Signature Pack (runs on Tomcat server) connection setup
- SAP eLedger Customizing
o SAP eLedger configuration
- Unit Tests
o Technical consulting on performing tests, analysing issues and correction.
- Application Adjustments
o External consultant will perform ABAP adjustments according to customer requirements.
- Integration Test
o The client will perform the integration tests and external consultants will adjust errors
- Documentation
o Technical Turkey e-Invoice Documentation
- Training
o eDocument Cockpit training according to e-Invoice process
- Professional and technical consulting on Post Go-Live Support
Required key skills:
- Very good experience in Turkish E-Invoice
- Very good experience in SAP Document Compliance and eLedger Turkey consulting
- Good experience in SAP ABAP developments
Project overview:
