Documentation and Change Management Support in Zug 100%Background:
Process and Support is part of the Global RMD Development organization with two teams which are located in Pleasanton, USA, and Rotkreuz, CH. The teams are focused on supporting and managing the processes and procedures for RMD Development, with multiple core competencies, functions, tasks and interactions.
We are not looking for overqualified applicants with a PhD degree or project management background.
Role:
* Expert user for Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS):
- Maintenance and administration of document systems
- Provide direct support in submission relevant documentation, trainings, and manage issues in Electronic Document System
- Review documents for correctness in EDMS
* Expert user for TrackWise and SAP: support the documentation of Change Processes for users
* Drive efforts to gain efficiency within work packages
* Consolidate resource requests, provide guidance and support to stakeholders and customers within development on site and other locations
Requirements:
* University degree in a life science or technical area, we accept also lower degrees with minimum 3 years' experience in change management
* English fluent in written and spoken
* Experience or interest in document management
* Very good EDV knowledge
* Great customer oriented mindset in order to provide flawless support
* Can resolve conflicts and adapt to change, and effective to drive results
* Open minded, trusting, respectful, open, communicative and innovative team-player
Nice to Have:
* Experience in molecular or in-vitro diagnostics
* German language skills
* Experience with internal interfaces
* Flexible attitude
* Independent and pro-active
