Data Engineer – Python6 Months
A Data Engineer is required to join a rapidly successful start-up Fintech company based in Berlin. The company partners with some of the world's biggest merchants, including H&M, IKEA, ASOS and Lufthansa.
The successful Data Engineer will have significant drive and enjoy a fast-paced working environment. They will play an important part in taking the business to the next level and therefore should desire to push boundaries to create the best work. As the company is in such a rapidly growing market, the successful candidate should be willing to challenge the status quo and be resilient.
The Data Engineer should have:
- Experience with Python
- Expert knowledge of SQL
- Experience with ETL and ELT
- A strong technical and analytical background
- Experience with cloud technology
The successful Data Engineer should expect to be involved in the building of data platforms and pipelines, developing and optimising a unified data landscape. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and continuously improving the ETL and ELT processes for the data lakes and data warehouses.
