JOB DESCRIPTION:Test Manager/Lead requires a 8-10yrs + experience of below:
Expert level of Standard Test methodologies, Processes and Best Practices including Agile Methodologies and Test Factory etc
Should Formulate and Implement Test strategy covering Functional , Integration, Regression and Security testing
Automation consulting experience (esp. Selenium)
Should be Functionally strong in Automotive Domain
Should be Expert on Test Management tool ALM
Define Test Strategy and Create Test Plan and provide effort estimates
Should have experience in Test Data Management
Effectively handle the Defect Management (Defect Triage Meetings, Defect Prevention meetings, Defect Status Reports)
Effectively handle Change Requests
Understanding of different Test automation frameworks
Prior BMW Testing Process Exposure and Experience is desirable
Expert in German Language as project communication both written and verbal are in German.
Should be certified ISTQB Advance level test manager
