Support Operations Specialist - Hamburg - Immediate StartClient:
My client is a fast-growing company with offices in over 50 companies. They are a Dev-Ops platform that pride themselves in developer productivity and low developer costs. They need an Operations Specialist to join the team in Hamburg to become the backbone and foundation to the company's further success!
Job Description:
- You will be assisting with implementation of new systems as needed to support evolving processes and improve global efficiency
- You will be supporting and maintaining several business-critical SaaS systems
- You will be responsible for driving projects to completion in agreement with relevant the stakeholders
- Develop and maintain system failover processes for customer facing Zendesk apps
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in SaaS support
- Zendesk Administrator Certification
- BA/BS Degree or the equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience with PaaS solutions
- Fluent English and German
