We are looking for a Technical Writer (all genders are welcome) for Documentation and Training videos of a new IT System

Start: 16.03.2020
End: 31.12.2020
Volume: part-time - 20 hrs (4hrs onsite / 16hrs remote)
Location: Düsseldorf

Project description:
The project aims to implement tools and processes to manage privileged users and privileged user access to IT systems in office IT and Operational IT at power generation and storage facilities. Project owner is corporate information security department.

Tasks:
- Create system documentation for service operations and archive in the enterprise architecture
management
- Create knowledge base articles and stories for helpdesk
- Create the Run Book, the day-to-day advise on how to operate the designated application
- User Manual to advise end user (typically technical skilled people) in how to use the new solution
- Training videos to support end users in how to use the new application
- All deliverables need to be created as Word /PDF and Web pages using our internal
communications portal
- All written deliverables need to be created in English language, all videos in German and English

Skills:
- German and English business fluent
- Dutch and Swedish are an advantage Reporting and attendance
- Weekly status update, typically remote Location and duration
- 90 percent remote, 10 percent onsite in Düsseldorf when needed for alignment call
- Required Tools to be provided by the candidate: Screen video production software such as
"Camtasia Studio" or similar
