DevOPs Transformation Lead / Programme Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
- Several years of work experience as a Senior Business and IT Stakeholder Management within Wealth Management / Finance / Banking are a must
- Extensive experience of introducing and adopting Agile and DevOps programs in a global matrix environment
- Solid experience with DevOps tools in heterogeneous technology stack such as JAP, Dap and SQL Server
- Proven experience within Cloud Migration, Tooling, Test Automation, CICD as well as ability to perform pipelines development for Kafka and Apigee
- Expertise in platform renovation programs and industry standard vendor software packages
- Proficiency with formal Agile solution delivery frameworks for systems delivery and services for competitive advantage
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Coordinating and supporting the DevOps transformation within International Wealth Management Technology
- Collaborating with teams to understand the DevOps adaption impediments and create their adaption roadmap
- Bringing new ideas or alternative frameworks in order to enable strategic change and achieve successful tracking of project milestones
- Supervising the automation and maturity of SDLC productivity framework as well as resolving toolchain usage and integration issues
- Managing cultural change with a focus on communications, incentives and decision processes
