For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a
Senior 2nd Level Supporter - Client Facing
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting real use cases for the stakeholders, make a contribution to the evolution of the platform from architecture and operational points of view.
Your Qualifications:
- Several years of proven working experience as 2nd Level Supporter within global environments, preferably in financial areas
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues in complex IT environments
- Technically savvy and able to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
- Good Understanding of data integration, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods
- Experience with Touchstone Re, CAT Trader, is welcome
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server is a plus
- Intermediate development skills or able to read & understand the code in C# / SQL Server would be desired
- Great customer facing skills, ability to discuss complex technical issues, agree on priorities and manage expectations
- Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- 2nd Level support for any IT related issues, directly discussed with the business
- Support and maintenance of hosting platform and external hosting platform
- You will be the main point of contact to resolve various issues the users experience in their data work in relation to the tools, technologies, security, connectivity and data
- Support of development tools based on C# / SQL server
