Overall 3 to 5 yrs experience with German language support
Minimum 3+ exp on Windows 7,10 administration
L1/L2 incident Service Request Support
Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) for customer devices such as desktop/laptop, hand help devices & peripherals
Basic Windows server admin knowledge
Basic Network admin knowledge
Events and Meeting support like audio/video conferencing, Boardroom meeting setup etc
Breakfix and troubleshooting for hardware and software
MCP, ITIL certification preferred
Good verbal and written communication skill
Only German citizen is required for this project.
