Junior Test Analyst - laboratory/english/SW /HW/germanProject / Role:
For our partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Junior Test Analyst.
Background:
This position is located in the CPS R&D System Integration Department, responsible for Integration Development and Instrument Testing (IDIT) on Clinical Chemistry and Custom Biotech Diagnostic Systems. As a test analyst in the IDIT Product Care team, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and work on various launched products.
Main Tasks:
You and the other team members are responsible for the product care of 6 different products including the 3rd level support and product updates.
About 60% of your work is performed in a laboratory environment using diagnostic systems. You verify SW and HW updates or reproduce issues for deeper analysis.
The other 40 % of your work is performed in the office where you will write and document all activities in English.
This work requires a high level of attention, flexibility in a constantly changing environment and a structured way of working.
In this dynamic environment, you will work with various stakeholders to achieve your goals.
Skills / Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher (documentation is written in English)
- Dynamic, flexible and solution oriented person.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a "Systems thinking" mindset / multidisciplinary approach are required
- Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time, in small teams, and deal with priority changes
- Able to reach out and interact with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
- Previous experience in the GXP / IVD area
- A proactive, open personality, which is characterized by a high level of service
Education:
Bachelor or Master degree as a mechanical engineer, software engineer or in a biochemical discipline Graduates can also apply for the vacant position as long as they bring the mentioned discipline and already have experience in the laboratory environment

Good linguistic knowledge of German and English
