For our Client in the Semi Conductor Industry we are currently looking for a Test chip design engineers (m/f/d) for 6 months in Munich.As digital semi-custom test chip design engineer you will be responsible for design, synthesis, place & route and verification of advanced structures and circuits in most modern FINFET technologies for early Si-verification of IP / Foundational IP / key performance indicators and sign-off.
On top you would contribute to an early implicit pipe-cleaning of the design flow (pre-alpha-user).
- Degree(BS/MS) in electrical engineering, physics, material sciences, software engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in digital semi-custom design and the related EDA tools are required
o ICC / ICC2 respectively INNOVUS expert know how
o Design Compiler (synthesis)
o Verilog netlist generation
o UPF file generation
o RTL programming (Verilog / VHDL)
o tcl scripting
o Design constraints (timing, voltage, corners)
o NDM view generation
o Skill scripting
- Experience with Windows, Office tools and UNIX/LINUX systems required.
- Good communication skills needed
