Dear all,for our client in Frankfurt we are seeking for a SAP Workflows Expert (m/f/d).
Project Tasks:
• SAP workflow, best case SAP Web Dynpro / Net Weaver solution
• Conditional logics, default value set population, verification and consistency checks for data provided outside default parameters
• Possibility to capture and route supporting documents of various types (e.g. Excel, Word, PDF, JPG, GIF) via the workflow
• Reminder, back-up and escalation features; information and approval loops
• Status tracking and “access-in-progress” (intervention / cancel / rerouting) options
• Review prior to release / staging options
• Reporting potential, e.g. for SAP Analytics or other BI solutions suitable for SLA and KPI reporting; change history reporting e.g. for audit trails
• Functionalities to allow internal administration, configuration and extension and automatic update of customising
Project Management Tasks:
• Review of existing processes to ensure workflow fit, advise adjustments
• Identification of optimisation potential, e.g. by means of 3rd party validation tools
• Derivation of potential data clean-up requirements
• Scope definition support, evaluation of suitable scenarios in and out of scope
• Project- and roll-out plan aiming for start in Q2 and go-live in first half of Q4 2019
• Definition of work packages, distribution and delegation where possible
• Workflow design for all major business cases (create / change / extend) for domains in scope
• Key user trainings
• End user training support
• Administrator trainings / knowledge transfer
• SIT / UAT support
• Hypercare support
• Ongoing application support to be determined post go-live
Requirements:
• Sound experience in Workflow build
• Authorisation concept integration (e.g. by single-sign-on integration)
• Good Communication / information skills / approval functionalities
• Working skills in Outlook interface
• Skills in default value set structure and population
• Conditional logics
• Eexpertise in User exits to associated processes
• Validation and verification functionalities Experience
• Staging Skills
• Status tracking and reporting, audit features
• SIT support Skills
• Documentation of workflow processes
• Experience in Bug fixing where required
• Strong expertise in all three master data domains in scope
• Dedicated contacts throughout the whole implementation preferred
• Proven record in global workflow implementations
• Fluent in German and English
