RedHat Linux Systems Administrator wanted for our Basel based client in the financial services sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' work experience in administration using Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
- Expertise in configuration management using Ansible and Ansible Tower as well as Puppet
- Profound Know How of container technologies such as Kubernetes and system monitoring tools like Nagios and Prometheus
- Familiarity with Bash, Perl, Python, VMWare, CISCO and RHCE is of advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German, French or Italian is of advantage
Your tasks:
- Ensuring integration of core servers and several infrastructure applications
- Providing a highly secure environment, meaning a stable infrastructure, network and database through continuous direction and evaluation of the current technologies
- Supporting business critical infrastructure as well as development thinking process in order to achieve reliability across different industry leading technologies
- Testing and coordinating design changes and releases in continuous collaboration with various providers within and outside the team
