Senior Consultant IT Controlling w/m/d
Tasks:
o Increase maturity level of IT controlling from low to at least medium.
o Allocate vendor invoices to person in charge for approval and follow up.
o Establish weekly reporting on open and paid invoices.
o Prepare monthly accruals.
o Identify improvement measures and automate processes in Excel.
o Consulting regarding improvement of processes and organizational setup
o Complete documentation of all results.
What skills should the ideal candidate have?
o IT Controlling / Accounting / Finance experience.
o SAP and/ or Concur user experience (to gather information).
o Generic IT knowhow to understand an IT invoice (e.g. Server maintenance invoice).
o Able to work in a very immature IT environment.
o Vendor / Supplier management (together with internal vendor manager).
o Willingness to go the extra mile.
o Strong communication skills (i.e. ability to work with very challenging clients).
o Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
o Knowledge of French would be nice to have.
