Senior Python Quant Developer wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Python and Linux environments
- Knowledge of portfolio optimization techniques and theory, including principles of risk management in finance
- Understanding of financial time series and products, ability to understand and solve data quality issues in financial products
- Previous experience in a development role in finance or computationally intense computing like banking, trading, asset management, risk management, insurance or scientific computing
- Master's degree in technical discipline
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Translating high level business requirements into quantitative models
- Implementing requirements with particular focus on scalability, stability and automated testing
- Interacting with an international team of developers, architects and quantitative investment professionals
