Application Support Managerwanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience as Program Manager with practical knowledge in handling large scale tools transformation program
- Expertise in implementing infrastructure and monitoring application
- Working experience with Moogsoft and AppDynamics
- Familiarity with Stakeholder or Key Program Partner Management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Conducting the team along with providing them support and guidance
- Ensuring tool effectiveness and continual service improvement
- Managing stakeholders as well as Key Program Partners for smooth integration and implementation of the tools framework and achievement of its objectives
