Program Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience in handling large scale tools transformation program, prior experience as a client service manager or transformation lead are advantageous
- Competency of tools effectiveness and continual service improvement
- Proficiency in implementing infrastructure, application monitoring, Moogsoft and AppDynamics
- Ability to manage key stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the tools framework and achievement of its objectives
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading, guiding and coaching the team
- Managing support operations to agreed SLAs, cost of providing service within budgeted levels and risks and escalating appropriately to senior management
- Creating all quality documents as well as collecting metrics data and conducting audits
- Participating in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documents
- Accomplishing project plans and keeping track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards and compliance
