SharePoint Support Engineer wanted for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Strong technical experience with SharePoint 2013, including the ability to solve farm level problems
- Strong Office 2013 and 2016 client skills as well as knowledge of ITIL or similar formal processes
- Experience with harmon.ie, SPDockIT, PowerShell and scripting operating standard helpdesk or service desk tools
- Expert in Document Management features of SharePoint
- Languages: fluent English, both written and spoken, German or French is advantageous
Your tasks:
- Working with customers to solve Level 2 or 3 SharePoint issues within SLA
- Managing escalations from Level 1 support
- Tracking the support queue daily
- Contributing to the wider team and overall product offering
