Dear network,I'm currently looking for a Compact Modeling Engineer (m/f/t) for a project (semiconductor) near Munich.
You'llberesponsibleforthecreationofcompactmodelsforcircuitsimulation.
Your Tasks:
- Characteristic measurements of semiconductor components in the laboratory
- Creation of equivalent circuit diagrams from SPICE elements describing the semiconductor components
- Determination of the model parameters so that the simulated characteristics correspond to the measured characteristics (DC, AC)
- Documentation of the results obtained - Checking the quality of the models using simulations
