Ribbon Expert with profound tracing tools knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in Ribbon (formerly Genband) Products and Features
- Strong understanding in IT and Telecommunications
- Know-how of tracing tools like wire shark, OCOM (Oracle) and the relevant protocols in a VoIP environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken,German nice to have.
Your tasks:
- Acting as Consultant for the internal Development and Operations Team as well as being member of Project and Squad Teams
- Analysing, tracing and troubleshooting of complex incidents or problems and also providing solution designs and documenting them in Wiki and Jira
- Optimising and challenging the current and the future solution designs including implementation and test of the changes
- Managing Oracle SBC products and features as well as automation of processes
- Fulfilling work on the periodic SW- / HW-Updates
- Reporting incidents to the vendors and providing a follow up towards the corresponding tool.
