VoIP Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in a similar position, preferably in the telecommunication field
- Practice in Network Engineering and Infrastructure
- Competent handling of 3rd Level Support
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken,German nice to have.
Your tasks:
- Ensuring 3rd Level Support along with surveillance of VoIP environment and it's Services
- Handling and cleaning-up of alarms as well as analysing, tracing and troubleshooting of incidents or problems
- Managing event monitoring with tools like Incinga-Nagios, Netcool or platform specific
- Fulfilling incident and problem management and tracking with the ticket tool ITSM
- Establishing automation of operational processes along with updating operational documents
