BroadSoft Expert wanted for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in a similar position, preferably in the telecommunication field
- Strong understanding in IT and Telecommunications
- Expertise of the Broadsoft Products and Features (XSP, AS, NS, MS, UVS, WRS, USS, EMS, PS, NFM with R22 SIP Core and UMS with R16 SP2 IMS Core)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken,German nice to have.
Your tasks:
- Consulting for the internal Development and Operations Team
- Being member of Project and Squad Teams
- Analysing, tracing and troubleshooting of complex incidents or problems
- Providing solution designs and documenting them in Wiki and Jira
- Optimising and challenging the current and the future designs
