Beschreibung

2nd Level Support lead wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 3+ years' experience in UNIX, databases and batch monitoring tool, an ITIL certification is desired
  • Competency in working with Microsoft technologies, .NET Frameworks, ASP and SRSS
  • Proficiency in TFS, VS 2008 and SQL as well as in analysing Stack Traces
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Taking care of communication with internal clients within the Business and other IT teams
  • Handling incidents through to resolution including investigating complex problems involving multiple systems and involving other IT teams as required
  • Helping to engage other teams as required and driving resolution of incidents
  • Acting as a key stakeholder within development projects to ensure quality within software delivery and on boarding
  • Providing support for application deployments, critical batch jobs and overseas businesses
