Medical Device Technical Expert - DHF Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Master degree in Science, Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar level of education in engineering with basic knowledge of pharmaceutical development, Human Factors Engineering and Risk management
- 5+ years' working experience in the related field with background in mechanical engineering, including knowledge in Product design or design for manufacture, Test and verification as well as development of methods and equipment
- Know-how in pre-filled-syringe device development from early phase activities up to commercialization and production scale-up
- Familiarity with Medical device quality assurance, QA and GMP aspects, DHF compilation, Design Control process and other applicable regulatory
- Good understanding of medical device regulations with solid technical knowledge in primary containers, such as syringes and cartridges
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Guaranteeing product compliance for the assigned projects
- Gathering Design Control documentation and contributing to a high quality Design History file
- Forming and participating in the documentation strategy
- Supporting technical activities within the development of delivery systems, such as drug or device combination products and medical devices
- Aiding the development of Quality Assurance Agreements with third parties
