Java Engineer - CEP Frameworks wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' practical experience of Java core, multithreaded, in-memory, low latency and streaming application development
- 5+ years' experience of designing and implementing large scale enterprise applications
- Excellent knowledge of CEP framework, such as StreamBase, Business Events, Software AG Apama, IBM Streams, Oracin le CEP or SAP Event Stream
- Profound background in Enterprise-level Linux administration and Shell / Bash scripting
- Good knowledge of database, such as Oracle, SQL server, including database design and SQL enhancement
- Strong understanding of BPM systems, like iProcess, Bonita, Shark as well as knowledge in Elasticsearch and ELK stack
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing state-of-the-art low-latency high-throughput solutions based on the StreamBase technology
- Maintaining and building automatic tests and ensure high QA standards
- Responsible for performance tuning / optimization of systems / software
- Organising deliveries with the required Business and IT stakeholders
- Providing production support of business-critical applications with fast response times
- Delivery best-in-class software solutions for enterprise integration, Service-Oriented Architecture, Business Process Management, Fast Big Data and Complex Event Processing
