Associate Scientist with profound Bioanalysis knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of experience as Technician with good knowledge of current Good manufacturing practice
- Familiar with safe handling of potentially dangerous materials, chemicals and equipment
- Profound scientific and technical knowledge in specific areas such as cell culture, cell-based bioassays, ELISA and Q-PCR
- Competent handling of laboratory and technical tools as well as of relevant software and computer tools
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Planning, performing and documenting bioanalytical experiments including cell-based bioassays, ELISA and Q-PCR in a cGMP environment
- Providing raw data and interpretation of results
- Validating and transferring of analytical test methods
- Recognizing and communicating simple and complex problems and addressing deviations and unexpected results
- Collaborating with other associates on facilitating efficient performance of planned analyses and contributing to lab procedures, reports and instructions and/or SOP's
- Scheduling and performing routine maintenance of instruments and equipment
