Network Ordering Specialist Junior wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience / skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with substantial experience in telecommunication or IT industry
- A min. of 2 years working experience with optical networks, data centers or information
technology networks - Technical knowledge of telecom systems (DWDM, Fiber Optics, Data Centers, PoPs)
- Previous experience with multi-vendor transport networks would be desirable
- Excellent organizational, communication and Program Management skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the ordering of leased telecom circuits, datacenter statement of work and general telecoms orders with 3rd party vendors
- Updating documentation pertaining to general network orders as required
- Monitoring ticket queues and other network tools
- Adhering to standard change management
