Job Description:
• Structure and define solutions to business problems using a wide range of methods and tools. Requirements are formally captured and cost justified by being traceable to business objectives and business benefits.
• Intelligent application of Process and IT change levers to identify alternate approaches and facilitate selection and design of a solution, which is fit for purpose. Solutions will usually be expressed as a gap analysis between ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’.
• Requirements gathering and documentation experience across all phases of the solution delivery process.
• Relevant Airline alliance expertise.
• Strong process analysis experience.
• Experience of working in a transformation environment.
• Architecture Diagrams.
• Business Process modelling.
• Agile management tools.
• Experience of successfully completing and influencing complex analytical assignments.
• Contributes to best practice guidance on modelling tools and techniques.
• Business partnering, working as a valued partner with stakeholders across a diverse operation, delivering a value added service to business customers.
• Identifies and contributes to the continual improvement of analysis capability across the organisation.
• Embraces and manages both business and IT change as necessary to help shape future direction.
• Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
Qualification
Recognised Business Analysis certification such as Lean/Six Sigma, Business Process Modelling
