? Ability to understand individual project context, how they support the business process and how it impacts the overall organizational strategy.? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts.
? Facilitation and Presentation skills
? Experience in driving Process improvement and Change management
? Experience performing assessments and gap analyses in Project Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Governance, Monitoring and Reporting
? Experience in delivering PMO support for large ICT Organizations
? Knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management tools, Primavera (Preferable)
? Fluency in English, French or German (Preferable)
Softskills:
? Very good soft skills expected as the person has to engage with the complete team to ensure proper governance of the portfolios.
? The person should be able to engage and build relationship with the project managers.
? Should be highly proactive in doing the follow-up with individual project managers and domain managers.
? Should be confident to challenge the Project Managers when required.
? Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
? Master’s Degree (Preferable)
? Certifications - Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), PMP (Preferable)
