Hi, we are looking for IT PMO:PMO-Planning & QA Support
EU passport is must
3 month + extention
· Project is in northern Germany (Flensburg) near to Danish border – Monday to Thursday on site, Friday home office (or option for a 4 days week)
· Project language is English, thus English language is mandatory in writing and speaking.
3+ years of experience in global multi-site, multi-release programs in PMO activities (planning, tracking, reporting)
Good knowledge in office automation: VBA for Excel
Very good skills in PowerPoint creation: defining the story line, develop the site contents, create a modern layout and able to transform long content into management suitable statements
1+ years of experience with MS Project (baselining, analysis of progress, critical paths, slacks and buffers, …)
Ideally experience in VBA for MS Project, i.e. writing macros for MS Project
Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
Strong record in QA Methods , Responsibility, Processes …
