My client is a leading Global Consultancy has an opening for a German Speaking Kronos Business Analyst to be based Bochum in Germany. You will be expected to have a strong communication skills in both German and Dutch along with previous implementation experience with Kronos.

Kronos implementation experience with Kronos interfaces and custom reports development
Experience with Kronos requirements & configuration
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill
Strong capability to adapt to the changing environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Expertise in leading the requirements definition process
