Objective of an Incident Manager is to restore normal operations as quickly as possible with the least possible impact on either business or the user, at cost-effective price.

  • Incident detection and recording
  • Classification and initial support
  • Investigation and diagnosis
  • Resolution and recovery
  • Incident closure
  • Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication

Job Requirements:

  • GERMAN speaker
  • ITIL certified
  • Able to implement incident escalation standards
  • Restore normal state IT service operations as quickly as possible to minimize the adverse impact on business operations.
  • Providing support to users.
  • Logging tickets.
