- Incident detection and recording
- Classification and initial support
- Investigation and diagnosis
- Resolution and recovery
- Incident closure
- Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication
Job Requirements:
- GERMAN speaker
- ITIL certified
- Able to implement incident escalation standards
- Restore normal state IT service operations as quickly as possible to minimize the adverse impact on business operations.
- Providing support to users.
- Logging tickets.
