Trail planning TDM and IP (Cramer) Engineer
Definition of standard external & internal procedures for Trail Planning TDM and IP/enterprise planning/Capacity planning based on customer requirements, especially consider the offshore delivery
External and internal interface for project coordination
Manage & review the results of all defined planning procedures and guideline
Detail workflow for the process, every input/outpurt/Analysis/templet..etc
Knowledge transfer of all Trail Planning TDM and IP process/Enterprise planning/Capacity planning radio backhaul to other colleagues
Investigate, isolate and drive problems reported by customer to a closure
Coordination of order implementation for IP-Connectivity, carrier interconnections, core & access (e2e service coordination)

Trail planning and trail implementation
Diploma in Telecommunication or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or minimum 3 years practical experience in supporting or deploying trail Planning project;
Knowledge of trail planning: trail planning across all transport technologies (eg fibre, leased lines, DWDM, SDH,PDH, microwave, MESN, ATM, distribution frames, etc);
Good knowledge in trail Planning(carried network end-to-end) principle;
Very good at Cramer utilize;
Problem diagnosis and resolution skills are essential;
Experience in other telecom vendor is priority;
Certificate holder of CCNP/CCIE or similar is an advantage;
Fluency in English and Germany;
Autonomous, strong learning and team cooperation ability;
Able to travel in Germany;
