- Delivering service and support for Realtime Communication Unified Communications- Installation and configuration of new systems and components
- Operation of existing productive centralized RTC/UC environment with more than 20.000 users
- 2nd Level Support of centralized and globally used RTC UC Infrastructure with all components (IBM Sametime, Websphere)
- Controlling of webconferences
- Support of RTC solution used by clients on their devices
- Participate in projects in Communication Collaboration Services area
- Support of audio/Video features offered by the RTC systems
- Improving of support and project deliverables for RTC UC Systems
- Problem / Change Management
- Support RTC team in projects and Tasks
- Participate in support and maintenance activities outside of regular office hours in emergency cases and for defined
maintenance activities
Anforderung:
IBM WebSphere ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
IBM Sametime ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
- At least 5 years of experience in the area of informatics focusing on realtime communication / unified communications,
e. g. IBM Sametime 8.5 / 9 or Lync
- Technical IT know-how for managing the underlying operational services, e.g. Unix Servers, Websphere, LDAP,
Windows, Active Directory
- Experience in IT Operations and developing area,especially with realtime communication systems
- Knowledge in protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SIP, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of WAN networks
- Experience in project work
- Very good English language skills
- Flexible quick thinking
- Team player and service oriented
- Able to work under pressure
