Beschreibung
1. Primary:
Hands on experience in German payroll including taxation and benefits with at least 2 support and 1 implementation experience
Ability to work as a Single Point of Contact onshore for the project (with 2 offshore resources)
Ability to debug issues that arise in SAP HCM
2. Secondary: Functional Experience in SAP HCM modules like PA, OM, Travel
3. German and English language capabilities
4. Experience in documentation
5. Project leading experience preferred
6. Ability to provide references for past work
7. Good understanding of ITIL processes
8. Experience of working in Remedy or Service Now is an added advantage
