Für unseren Kunden in Zürich suchen wir einen Network, Telecom & Security Engineer

The network and telecom Engineer is in charge of the corporate network and telephony system. He runs the daily operation, ensuring the level and quality of services defined with our clients are matched or excided. He takes part to projects to enhance the efficiency of our operations and assist in the transformation of our existing operational model.

Tasks:
Monitor and maintain the network and telecom environments up and running
Ensure level and quality of services delivered match clients expectations
Take part to architecture enhancement and rationalization projects
Develop and document processes to industrialize recurrent tasks

Skills:
Bachelor or Master degree in Network / Telecom or Security or significant professional experience
Certifications would be considered as an advantage (CCNP, CCIE…)
Significant operational experience in telecom/network/security ideally in a banking context
Good understanding of the state of the art technologies in the network/security/telecom industry
English: fluent
French would be a plus

Specific context:
A large and complex Private and Investment Bank network architecture across multiple sites including LAN, WAN, MAN links, Market Data and Market access DMZ, network security devices (e.g. firewalls, IDS), Cisco IP Telephony, VoIP, Etrali trader voice systems and voice recording
Highly critical, time sensitive, fast paced environment
Occasionally travel to our other sites within Switzerland
