IT Project manager - Contract - Munich, Germany

Amoria Bond are looking for a senior project manager with excellent IT knowledge for one of our clients in Munich, Germany. The ideal candidate has excellent experience with the preparation of project plans and estimatation. The IT project manager will be involved in the following tasks:
- Review all project documents
- Overall responsibility for the project documents (including control of documents) and quality records
- Resources Management
- Reporting project status to Delivery Manager
- Coordinate preparation and roll out issues with other support groups
- Collaborate and Communicate with leads on all project activities and issues
- Ensure timely delivery by resolving project issues and risks on a day-to-day basis
- Getting the external and internal reviews done as per schedule
- Comply standards, practices and procedures
- Interface with client Project Lead and Build Manager and client Partners for all aspects related to the project
- Ensure adherence to quality processes
- Metrics collection, analysis and reporting
- Ensure that change requests are handled and processed adequately
- Prepare and update project plan
- Proactively identify risks and prepare mitigation plan
- On need basis support the Non-German speaking associates during interactions with client
- Support and guide the team member and Customer on the technical issues/suggestions
- Required to work closely with offshore team
- Responsible for communicating the milestones and ensure deliverables without missing milestone
- Responsible for Change Management
