We are looking for a Project Manager (Transition Manager).

The Project Manager (PM) has a coordinating role across all functions within our organization in the Service Transition Phase.

He is accountable to deliver against the targets in regard to time, cost, and quality.
He is accountable to assure launch of new services and a smooth transition to BAU of the service.
He acts as the main contact toward the customer for the assigned initiatives mandated for negotiations with the customer.

The Project manager report functionally to the Program Manager or to the Domain Lead of the organization.

The Project Manager

  • Is responsible for the effort estimation process for Feasibilities (+/- 50% ).
  • Consolidates scope and lead kick off initiatives within the organization.
  • Involves the different organization departments to consolidate across organization the final committed cost estimation (+/-10% ) and plan.
  • Consolidates scoping and boundaries of the activities in the project brief.
  • Performs Portfolio Management supporting the organization decision with a proposal on service category classification and assignments.
  • Collects approvals for cost estimation and prepares financial approval submission
  • Propose and Owns the EBSS Project Plan contributing to our customers master plan
  • Assure all specification are collected and stored in central repositories
  • Owns Project Risk, Action, Decision register
  • Provides weekly executive reporting on progress.
  • Anticipates escalations.
  • Contributes to team building in a Matrix organization structure
  • Seeks and influence stakeholders and team members to achieve the agreed milestones.
  • Assure right quality and preconditions are met in the standard quality gates ( infrastructure delivery, start of testing, go live, project closures ).
  • Assure all changes are proper registered and approved in the project Change register.
  • Monitor Shopping Carts are raised in time and with the correct amount/overspent/underspent.
  • Is accountable for the setup of a sustainable Service model post go live.
  • Assures the service is transitioned to the operation team with the right quality ( traning of operation resources, on boarding, adoption of standard incident/change/project management, sign off of maintenance agreements).
