Für unseren Kunden im Raum Darmstadt suchen wir einen "Cisco Network Experten (m/w)"Your Tasks:
- Support the technicians of the 1st Level IT Support : you are required to help them find the right solutions
to their problems ( The problems will cover all regional areas EMEA; APAC;AMER; Good English skills
written and spoken are required)
- Prepare guidelines for technical staff within the 1st Level IT Support in order to ensure high quality and
proactive support
- Implementation , installation and administration and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure according to
standard processes and in cooperation with IT Management.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of the global Network in order to ensure high availability and
performance
- Further development and backup of global standard LAN, WAN, and wireless LAN infrastructure.
- Support the improvement process of internal IT Processes and Services
- Support the improvement process and implementation of standard IT processes
- Collaboration in international projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelor of Science degree in informatics, Master degree or similar qualification.
- experience in globally operating IT organizations
- Relevant Certificates such as CCNA, MSCE or similar
- Deep expertise in network technologies and network typologies (VoIP, WLAN, VLAN, Firewall)
- Experienced in carrying out complex network analysis, capacity management and demand analysis.
- Planning and implementation of version changes and system changes by ensuring high availability of
systems and operations
- Network Trouble shooting experience
- Experience in understanding and documenting complex IT infrastructures
- Profound IT Infrastructure knowledge with regard to global complexity
- Strong and flexible personality with high analytical skills
- Experienced in working within fast-paced environments with the ability to perform successfully even under a high workloads
- High degree of customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team and with different hierarchical levels
- Excellent English skills , written and spoken
- Willingness to participate in international projects and to travel
