Zusammenfassung- Provides an accurate & timely reporting on results & KPIs for the plant
- Ensures costs follow-ups and control of flows at plant level
- Checks and challenges upstream master data needed for inventory valuation and product costing
- Reports and explains in a fact-based and transparent manner his/her assessment of the plant performance based on day-to-day interactions with business owners
- Take active part into field actions / plant management routines and analyzes operating events to anticipate their potential impact on financial and to identify improvement levels
- Supports plant manager in building & implementing performance action plans. Ensures adequate tracking is in place to assess impacts of action plans on financial results
- Ensures decisions are taken after a comprehensive risk and financial impact analysis, including impacts on processes and tools
- Deploys financial processes and internal controls, adapting them to a local environment

Profil
- At least 2 years experience in the Controlling environment
- Engage in continuing training in controlling techniques
- Operational Excellence
- Take Responsibility
- Result oriented and hands on
- Good understanding of production processes site
- High level of SAP knowledge
- IS affine
- Excellent English and German skills
