ITIL Process Manager - BPF, Operations, SLA's
Our client, a leading global integration consultation business are looking for an ITIL Process Manager with an experience in managing integration operation solutions to join their team on a contract basis for a key project within a global automotive customer in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with exceptional skills in BPF, Process management, ITIL and SLA tracking.
The responsibilities of the ITIL Process Manager will be:
- To oversee the program progression and ensure progress meets SLA's of operations.
- To guide teams and project managers in the current implementation of ITIL processes.
For this position the successful ITIL Process Manager will possess the following skills:
- Extensive Experience in Integration Operations process management
- An ITIL Certification, Ideally v3.
- Fluent German language Skills
The successful ITIL Process Manager will have the opportunity to work in a leading consultancy with global customers largest projects, among other leading professionals within this space.
