Goetzfried AG is one of the leading recruiting companies in Germany for freelance IT-experts and engineers.For our costumer in Krefeld we are looking for a SAN Expert (m/f).
Your major tasks:
• Participation in a hardware and software refresh project includes relocation of RZ
• Support the testing and production operation
• Liaison with other internal and external departments due the optimal deployment and operation
• Work closely with the Unix, Network and Windows counterparts for the provision of an optimal service for customers
• Performance monitoring and optimization
• Planning and execution of configuration changes
• Preparation of operational documentation
• Support in regular operation and projects
Your qualification:
• Very good knowledge of SAN Storage and BuR systems
• Configuration, administration and replication over long distance using rcopy 3PAR-3PAR
HP 3PAR, Brocade switches
• Monitoring, Backup (TSM, data protector), migration TSM to DP 8
• Very good Knowledge of SAN, IP Network administration and configuration
• Methodological expertise in the IT administration, Change and Problem Management (ITIL)
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Experience with ticketing systems
