A Quality Engineer (EEE-Components) is urgently required to work on a contract basis in Germany.
Tasks Include:
* Review of quality standards for EEE components according to their requirements
* Verification of quality parameters and supplier instructions, monitoring of quality programs
* Parts Count Analysis
* Planning and supervision of the procurement and the ITAR-process
* Responsible for supplier audits and production inspections
* Responsible for the preparation of product and project documentation
* Responsible for the creation of manufacturing processes and inspections from assembly up to the completed satellite
* Development of process qualifications
Qualifications preferred:
* A degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
* Professional experience in selecting components and evaluating suppliers in the space business
* A good knowledge of manufacturing technologies and qualification of EEE components according to the ECSS standards
* Accustomed to work in teams, high motivation and well-developed communication skills
* Assertiveness, ability to work independently and good organisational skills
* A good knowledge in MS Office Tools
* Fluency in spoken and written English
