Für unseren Großkunden im Raum Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Security-Spezialisten (m/w) mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in der Installation/ Administration von CyberArk Produkten.Anbei die Projektdetails:
Einsatzort: Köln
Start: asap
Dauer: bis Dezember 2015 in Vollzeit vor Ort (40 Stunden), kein Remote
Vertragsart: Contract (nur Freiberufler)

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
• Managing of platforms, safes and accounts within CyberArk
• Resolving of incidents around CyberArk
• Strong contribution in the CyberArk roll-out project and within that project collaboration with Belgium and Indian colleagues
• Identifying and managing of activities within CyberArk that can be offshored to client's Shared Services (mainly India)
• Autonomous move of theses task to clients offshore team
• Detailed technical documentation of all tasks being offshored
• Identifying of tasks with in CyberArk that can be automated and implementation of the automation
• Additionally general support of the UserAdmin Team, performing tasks within the IAM tool (SAM Enterprise)
Anforderungen/ Erfahrungen:
• Advanced experience with Password Management Tools preferably with CyberArk
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux administration
• Experience with Database Administration (Oracle)
• Practical experience with Incident / Ticketing Handling Tools like HP SM
• Practical skills on IAM Tools (nice to have)
• Batch-Import and PACLI skills (nice to have)
• Strong tracking, coordination and basic project planning skills
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration:
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Able to work in a larger partially virtual team and possibly in a multiple cultural environment
- Experience in working with Lean methodologies
- Local language (German fluent and good english)
